The menu at Pho Anh Vu showcases a variety of Vietnamese dishes. Signature offerings include the comforting beef pho, featuring an aromatic broth and tender beef slices, the zesty lemongrass chicken vermicelli bowl, and the ever-popular crispy spring rolls, perfect for starting your meal. The service is friendly. I had Món Cuốn Đặc Biệt Phở Anh Vũ for dinner, It consists of Vietnamese rice paper wraps with grilled pork, grilled shrimp, shrimp on sugarcane, spring roll, vermicelli, vegetables.

I really like the environment here — the server was very kind as well. I ordered the signature beef bone pho, which came in a large portion, enough to share between two people if you’re not extremely hungry. The spring roll was also delicious. I’d definitely come back again!

It was a random Sunday going out with no plan! I was going on the opposite direction instead of the usual heading straight to Yonge St. And I wanted some Vietnamese food on the way. This Pho Anh Vũ in Newmarket located in such interesting section. My friend was curious why they chose this area, which isn’t surrounded by residential or business concentration. It’s among warehouses or wholesale etc which the main the reason I liked the vibe of it a lot more than other Pho Anh Vũ locations. When I went on Sunday, it wasn’t busy or has long waiting list. It was very chill. I had a lot of food for consecutive few days before, so I didn’t order much. It seemed like the portion here is a lot more like for people who complain about how food portion is reduced these days, I suggest they come here to see. The Pho noodles has sooo much meat. More meat than noodles. My rice combo is delicious and filling as well. I couldn’t finish. Service is fast, friendly and polite. All & all, it’s amazing. Highly recommend!

I loved the noodle texture of the Bun and the portions are quite large. Their noodles packed lemongrass flavour and had a nice spice to them. The atmosphere was quite nice with a nicely lit and clean dining area, servers were super friendly and helpful. The location is in an industrial area so it doesn’t get super busy and plenty of parking. Would recommend for pho in Newmarket.

Pho Anh Vu has never disappointed me when it comes to their Bun Bo Hue. It’s always my go-to dish at every Pho Anh Vu locations. I also tried the pho, but it didn’t meet my expectations; the broth was a bit bland and lacked depth of flavor (though maybe I’m just picky about pho). Aside from that, everything else was great. I recently visited this pho place and was genuinely impressed with the experience from start to finish. Right when I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the staff. The service was very nice—attentive, polite, and respectful throughout my meal. It really added to the overall enjoyment of the visit. The pho itself was excellent. The broth was rich, flavorful, and clearly simmered with care. The noodles were cooked just right, and the portion was generous. The meat was tender and fresh, and the herbs and toppings provided on the side were also crisp and plentiful. Definitely one of the better pho soups I've had in the area. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the meal. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. Pho Anh Vu is hands down the best spot for pho! The broth is rich and flavorful, and the portions are always satisfying. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive — they even check if we’d like more broth when our bowls start looking a little low, and they do it at no extra charge, which is such a thoughtful touch. We make it a tradition to stop by after a day of boating in Keswick, and it’s always the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend!
